About Me

         

 Hi, I'm Karen, the creator and designer of TLC Parrot Toys. I'm located in East Northport, NY.  In the late 70's I was a partner with a costume jewelry company and have been designing for a long time.  Since getting married and having a family in the 80's, my priorities changed.  Now that my kids are grown, and being the nurturing person that I am, I'm now owned by six parrots.  Valentino, my cockatiel, Lilly, my love bird, Sebastian, my sun conure, Roxy, my Umbrella Cockatoo, Harley, my Congo African Grey, and the newest addition to our flock is Abu, our parrotlet ! Because of the variety in sizes of my parrots, I needed to keep them entertained with toys they loved and will actually chew and destroy!  I was tired of purchasing toys they wouldn't play with so I created TLC Parrot Toys for my parrots and now for yours. 

At TLC Parrot Toys, I individually make each toy by hand for your order....  I'm always searching for new parts to keep TLC Toys interesting and fun.
