Hi Karen,

Just wanted to let you know that our order arrived yesterday, and we are so pleased with everything. The care that you have taken in both creating the wonderful toys, and the way you shipped it so nicely was very impressive. I have received orders from other companies where the toys were all crammed in a box and mostly broken by the time they arrived. My husband summed it up nicely when he said it was just like Christmas!

Montego got the “leather locks” to play with first. As I told you, he’s usually very afraid of new toys for a while before he begins to get the courage to check them out, and acts almost paralyzed when you put something new in his cage. Within the first minute, he was already playing with his “leather locks”. We couldn’t hardly believe it!

We hung the “totem pole” and “starry eyed with buttons” on their parrot jungle, and they both are crazy about the “totem pole”!, They haven’t really discovered “starry eyed” yet, they’ve never had any “stuffed” toys, and I don’t think they know what to make of it yet. But when Cozzie discovers that it has buttons on it, she’s going to love it!

The bonnet toy is so adorable; it’s going to be hard to give that one to Cozzie and watch her eat it!

I am so impressed with your creations, from the choice of items on each piece, the complexity of the completed toys, and the hand drawing. You truly show pride in what you do, and you’ve gained long term clients. I hope you’re really young, because these two birds are expected to live another 77 years!

Got the toys today and Zoey just loves them! I'll try to get some pictures with her playing with them tonight. You make really quality toys, I can tell the time and effort that go into each one. I put them in her cage after they arrived this morning, and Zoey actually chose to go back in her cage and play with them rather than have her 'out of cage' time with me this morning! I can tell she will have many hours enjoying them. Thanks very much, I'm sure we will be ordering again in the future!

It's too bad the internet doesn't have a way to touch and feel your creations. I thought the Silly Spring Perch was cool on your website, but when I actually got it in my hands it is AWESOME! When I order from you I ALWAYS get WAY MORE than I expected....such a nice surprise!

I have a Quaker Parrot named Ringo. He is the ruler of the "flock", I have no other parrots, so that means he is the ruler of ME

I have found that the only toys Ringo really ENJOYS playing with are the ones I get from you. He has a cage full of toys, and plays with them all...but the ones he totally tears apart are yours. Especially item# 253 "Jingles", the one I ordered this time is his 3rd or 4th one he has gone through. It takes him awhile to tear it apart, but boy when he gets started he works on that thing until there is nothing left but the hanger. Please don't ever discontinue that one or I will never hear the end of it from Mr. Ringo!!

Thank you for Caesar’s treats. He is enjoying the large toy a lot and spends time playing with it. I switch out his toys so he doesn’t get bored. :) He loves the little nuts/bolts you sent. He has been apprehensive of the little critters, but has finally warmed up to them.

Hi Karen: I'm sorry I haven't responded right after i received the toys but i wanted you to know they did arrive safe and sound. Well that lasted for about 5 minutes. My biggest dilemma was who to give what toy to LOL. Not that it mattered cuz they all went into each others cages to play with them and i cant tell you how much they love them. Your a genius with these toys. I TOLD you that you were going to hear a lot from me. So much so that i will never buy another toy at the pet store again.

I have received the toys and am really pleased with them all. (but not as
pleased as Mr. Jingles). Thank you so much for the free foot toys too he was
spoilt for choice and didn't know which one to play with first-he was like a

What a surprise when I came home a few minutes ago. A package on the front porch with the three great toys, plus the gift. Sierra is happily beginning the disassembly of your hard work as I write this (I think it is the "Prickly Pear").

The largest (I think that is the Waterfall) intimidated him a bit when I showed it to him, but with it's individually knotted beads (which he loves to untie) I think it will become his favorite when it replaces the current one.

Thank you sooo much for all your hard work and the prompt "manufacture" and quick shipping.

Hi Karen,

I received my order on Wednesday. Ringo was so EXCITED to get his new "Jingles" toy. That one is his favorite. I threw out the remainder of his old one (only half the bagel was left of the whole toy!) and put the new one in....he went right to it and started working on the papery beads. He has gone pretty nuts with the foam parts of the "Rainbow Crystal" toy, so I know he will love the other toys I ordered as well!

I am very impressed with TLC toys. Our Goffin (Edith-Anne) is thoroughly enjoying your hand made toys. They are truly unique and very well made. Karen, I really appreciate how fast I got my order. As usual the toys are wonderful. I've about decided to just give my sulfur crest the box with the tissue inside. He has played with the box from the last order since it arrived. He spends hours climbing in and out and tossing things in and out. In face today I just set the box in the room and he worked it until he finally got it open and was able to pull out a toy. Go figure! He does play with the toys when in his cage but if he is out most often he is fooling with the box. so today he got a brand new one with really beautiful purple paper. Hi Karen,

I must tell you -- Cosmo, our Hyacinth macaw came to us at the age of 6 years from a home where he had no toys. We offer him many, but he hardly plays with anything. However, after about 3-4 weeks of leaving the "rod'" toy (I don't remember its full name, but you probably know which one I am talking about) in his cage near the place where he sits, he chewed it up, little by little! We were thrilled, so I ordered another one!

It was like Christmas today at my house, your package arrived! I couldn't
believe that you put so much handwork into the mountain climber....it's
amazing. I'm sure Julio will get hours of chewing delight out of all the
things you added, especially the wood and plastics. If he can spend 2 hours
with one plastic airplane, one can only imagine what he'll do with this
super duper hanging. Also loved Little Miss Gardener, she's much cuter in
person. Thanks also for remembering that I wanted a lavender pot of gold.
This is about the 3rd bucket I've tried including one that was so big that I
can wash food and water bowls in. Yours is the perfect size for Julio. I'm
happy to present Julio with your works of art...I'm sure it'll be just like
Christmas in September!

Karen, the postman just delivered the toys for Copper, our blue-fronted Amazon, this afternoon. The smaller one is for the perch she stays on during the day so I gave it to her immediately and she loves it. I'm saving the other one for next week to keep her occupied while we're gone for a few days and she has a sitter coming in. Your toys are the best and I won't wait as long this time to order more.

I have had much success with your toys as they keep my babies entertained enough to stay away from my furniture

(they’re cage doors are open during the day so they may play on top of their cages)

Here is a photo of Indigo, our big boy, before he completed the total and joyful destruction of the top part of the Dream catcher Deluxe and chewed through all the yummy grapevines!

(By the way, we still have a bunch of toys stashed for Corky, but after seeing how very Much Indy likes his Dream catcher and swings and swings in it, we felt it well worth the expense to go ahead and get more "back ups" of this, his Favorite thus far! You are a genius!)

Hi Karen! My husband and I came across your website the other day and we have to tell you how impressed we are! We both commented on how much care you take to make these bird toys...they FAR exceed any toy we've been buying from mass marketers! Not only do you put so much into them but there is so much on each toy for birds to do. Most toys you buy at pet stores or through catalogs have one or two options of play for the bird. Your toys are all encompassing!! They're great! We are going to be placing an order (we love each toy, it's so hard to choose!)

Hi Karen,

Just received your order today. I swear the birds know the package is for them just by looking at the box. And as I hung toys like Christmas ornaments on the cages and play stands an eerie silence came over the bird room as each bird explored their new toys. I also wanted to let you know that when one bird is done with his or her favorite part of the toy, I rotate them to the next bird so that every part of the toy gets destroyed. Even the box you send them in doesn't go to waste, Eddie my Tag loves destroying boxes, which has cured him of feather picking habit, he almost has a full set of tail feathers since I brought him home 3 months ago. Thanks Again for your lovingly, handmade toys, I know my birds know the difference and so do I.

Hi Karen.I received your package with the bird toys in it yesterday. My birds just LOVE them. I am very happy with the quality and attention to detail that you have put into each one. BINGO..is a blue&Gold Macaw. He is 4 years old. He is a big clown and loves going places and meeting new people. He is very friendly and will let anyone hold him. He is very mechanically inclined and can take any gadget apart in seconds. He can even take chain link that some toys are stung on apart. I'm glad your toys are on rope because he can't take that apart. They have all been having fun trying to untie the knots in the ropes. I also like the fact that you put a knot after each piece, really makes it last longer.

KIWI...is a double yellow head Amazon. She runs the place. She will tell the other birds to "get back up there" if they get off their play top and start getting into mischief. She is my best talker and the smartest bird I have. My daughter is a cheerleader and when she practices her cheers in the living room, Kiwi learns the whole cheer right away and is always chanting different cheers as well as talking non stop. She is also very outgoing and friendly and loves to meet new people. Her taste in toys is kind of hit or miss. She has been having great fun with the toys I got from you, so I'd say there a hit.

DR. GREY...is a Congo African Grey. He is 1 1/2 years old. He has always been more like a cockatoo than a grey. He is a big, cuddly baby, who always wants to be sitting with his mom. When I give them new toys DR. Grey likes to observe the other two playing with them first and then he'll play with them. When I went to bring them in from their outdoor aviary, he was hanging upside down playing with the toy with the green smiley face.

Hi Karen,

How nice to hear from you...thank you! "Caleb" my 2 year old Meyer's parrot didn't have much interest in toys,

till Feb. 26, when my two Black Headed Caique sisters, "Maddie" and "Maizie" came home. They are 8 months old,

and they are TOY CRAZY!

Caleb seems like he is "learning" to play with toys, suddenly. (He is re-homed, and a "reject" from his first owner,

so came to me with issues, depression being one of them).

I also have 2 year old sister Lineolated Parakeets, "Bonita" and "Bijou" who aren't much into toys, but they love to climb and 'hang' around.

They All love your toys, that's why I've ordered more of them (Actually, I really wanted to order "one of each" of

your toys, but had to hold myself back, money wise....your toys are my favorites of all toy manufacturers....

they are all really wonderful and darling).

Received my order today and am extremely pleased. Your toys are wonderful. I've been buying toys for 11 yrs and these are some of the most creative I've seen. I especially like the larger toys I received for my umbrella. She is a voracious chewer and will not fool with hard woods such as manzinita or some ofthe other hard woods that the usual larger toys have on them. Unfortunately she can devour one sometimes in a couple of days. These have so much on them and it takes her a little longer which certainly helps my pocketbook. My sulfur crest and timneh like the toys with the smaller pieces. Thanks again and I'm so glad I stumbled onto your site. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Hi Karen,

Fredericks toys arrived today safe and sound and thank you! He loves them!
So far he is seemed to enjoy the free gift best (thank you so much for that too!!) and that paper square thing inside of it, he really liked taking it all apart, I guess he is just like his Mom, he likes a good bargain. He seems to love that foot toy so I will have to keep that in mind with my next order.

I have attached some picture of him. He loves going into my husbands shirt pocket every so often to see if he has left a toothpick down in the bottom of it so diving down inside a pocket is one of his favorite silly things.

Thank you so much. The swing looks great. Once we hang it, it will probably take 1-2 months before Winnie goes near it. LOL he's always been like that. Took about 3 weeks til he put paulie rope in his mouth.

Hi Karen! My babies loved their toys so much that I had to get more so I could hang them at their different play sites outside thier cages as well. When everyone comes out to play in the morning, all they would do is go into each others cages to see the neat toy they had. They all love your toys! Your toys make me wish I was a bird. I loved your last bunch of toys you sent. I am looking forward to the next bunch! Thank you so much. I need to take some more pictures of all my babies because I just added a new baby to my flock. I got a male parrotlet and named him Wigit. Thank you sooooo much for your creative talent.

Hi Karen

I LOVE the new swing...and what a great free toy! As soon as I took it out of the box (the swing) my sengeal was reaching for it so I put it in his cage right away. Alas, he is such a cranky boy lately (puberty, molt ) he hasn't quite been adventurous enough to get ON it...but he will soon and I'm sure he will LOVE it too. He sleeps next to it and I hope it is a comfort...sure looks like one!

Received the toys today and our blue fronted amazon loves the first one I put in there. I'm saving the other one for another day. She has lots of toys that we alternate as long as they last, but it's nice to have some that are different from the others she usually gets. I'll check back when I'm ready to buy more.

Just received my first order of toys and I couldn't be more pleased! My Jardine, Sogno, is cautiously curious; I'm sure that she will soon be attacking the pony beads and paper balls! Bella, my cockatiel, is examining everything and basically patrolling the "toy area" to keep it secure (she's like a little soldier!) My own personal Homeland Security agent!
